Arbitration – Dispute Resolution

All disputes which may arise between the player and Casino, including their successors in title under the general or special title as a result of our Terms and Conditions or as a result of further agreements and other acts in connection with our Terms and Conditions shall be settled exclusively by arbitration in Curaçao and by Curaçao Civil Procedure Rules.
